Privacy Policy

We keep data collection to a minimum. Breathe & Relax works without an account, and your practice data stays on your device.

Analytics

We use Google Firebase (Analytics and Remote Config) to collect anonymous usage and diagnostic data, such as which features are used, session length, and app/device identifiers, to improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity. See Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Health

With your permission, the app saves and reads Mindful Minutes in Apple Health. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We never receive your card or payment details.

Notifications

Practice reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No notification data is sent to us.

Identifiers

Firebase assigns a random app-instance identifier for analytics. It is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or tracking.

Data retention and deletion

Analytics events are anonymous and are retained by Google Firebase according to its default retention period; we do not store any copy ourselves. Your practice history is stored only on your device: delete it inside the app (Statistics → long press a session → Delete) or by deleting the app. Mindful Minutes saved to Apple Health can be removed in the Health app. To stop analytics collection, delete the app.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone other than Google Firebase as described above. No account is required to use the app.
